This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Skytravelfly.com (“Skytravelfly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles cancellations, changes, and refund requests for travel services booked through our website as well as our mobile platform or customer support team.
By completing a booking with us, you agree to the terms below as well as the cancellation and refund rules of the relevant airlines, hotels along with car rental agencies, tour operators or other suppliers (collectively, “Travel Service Providers”).
Our Role
Skytravelfly acts as an intermediary between you and the Travel Service Providers.
While we facilitate your booking, all refund and cancellation decisions are governed by each provider’s own policies and timelines.
Note: Refunds may take up to 3 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on the provider’s processes.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays in refund processing by suppliers.
- Partial refunds or non-refundable portions set by fare rules.
- Any losses (direct or indirect) arising from cancellations or schedule changes.
Airline, Hotel & Supplier Policies
- All bookings are subject to the fare rules and terms in effect at the time of purchase.
- Many promotional or discounted fares are non refundable and may carry strict change/cancellation penalties.
- Each airline’s policy applies independently for itineraries involving multiple airlines.
- Hotels, car rentals, and activity providers may have their own cancellation deadlines and fees.
Service Fees
In addition to supplier charges, Skytravelfly may apply a non-refundable service fee for handling cancellations, changes, or refund requests.
All fees will be disclosed before you confirm your request.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered if:
- The fare rules allow cancellations with a refund.
- You submit the request within the provider’s cancellation deadline.
- You meet all other terms and conditions.
Some tickets may be refundable only as future travel credits.
Government taxes and fees may be refundable even on non-refundable tickets.
Processing Timeline
- Airlines: Typically, 8–12 weeks or longer.
- Hotels, tours, car rentals: Usually 7–30 business days.
We will update you once we receive confirmation from the supplier. Refund speed depends entirely on the Travel Service Provider.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If a flight, hotel, or other service is cancelled by a supplier, your refund or rebooking options will follow that supplier’s policy.
We will gladly help you submit any required claims but we cannot influence their decision.
No Show Policy
If you fail to check in or show up for a confirmed booking, the entire fare or rate may be forfeited. No refunds are available for no shows.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Please contact us using the same email used for booking and include your reference number along with full name and trip details.
We may require ID verification before processing your request for security.
